To process AMEX branded cards:
- You must have a Multi Currency Account (MCCY) opened with AMEX directly.
- Your AMEX Merchant ID number must be submitted in your SysPay account backend. To do so, please login to your account and go to Settings > AMEX Account.
- SysPay will technically process all your AMEX transactions, however all processed funds will be settled directly from AMEX.
