Why do I need to verify the address I have provided to Syspay?

Your Syspay Prepaid Mastercard will be dispatched to the address provided in your Syspay account. If the address is incorrect, you will not be able to receive your package. Syspay is not to be held liable for undelivered card packages.

To verify your address, Syspay will request you to submit a dated proof of address not older than 3 months indicating your full name and address. This may be a utility bill, recent bank statement from a reputable credit institution, correspondance from a central or local government authority.
