The address / mobile phone / names in my Syspay account are not up to date. How can I change them?

If you wish to change your address, you can do so by going to the Settings tab in your account -> Personal details and click on Edit. Please note, that you can change your current address but not the country of registration. If you wish to make changes in the country of registration, or your names, please contact our Customer Support team using the Help section in your account.

If you wish to update your mobile phone number, you can do so in the Contact details section in the Settings tab in your Syspay account.
